Our ordering process is made up of 7 stages: quotation, artwork, mock up, mass production, quality check, delivery and payment. 

Client will first ask for the quotation, and then send us their artwork to do up a visual. Once visual is confirmed, we will proceed with the production of mock up. Upon confirmation of mock up, we will proceed further with mass production and do up a quality check once production is completed. Delivery will be arranged and we will require payment upon delivery.

We provide services for printing logo, full colour graphic or any custom makings required on the premium gifts, kindly please send a copy of your logo graphic file. In order to ensure that the artwork printed is okay, we will need clients to follow the guidelines as follow:

Artwork requirements and guidelines

We would prefer to work with artworks in Ai, PSD, CDR or PDF format format.

1.Kindly ensure that artwork is vectorized, pathed, rasterized.
2.Kindly ensure that the resolution of the images used is at least 300dpi (high resolution).
3.Kindly ensure that images used in artwork are embedded to avoid missing image links.
4.Kindly provide the pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.
5.Kindly ensure that the bleeding area is at least 3mm.

*Mock up guidelines

Once artwork is confirmed and our official quotation invoice is endorsed, we will be proceeding for the production of mock up. Do note that at this stage, we will need to receive a 50% deposit payment upon the confirmation of the order.

The production time of mock up varies for per product. The mock up time and lead time is usually provided with the quotation given.

After the production of mock up is completed, our sales team will send the photo of the mock up to client to view and provide their confirmation to proceed for mass production.

If physical mock up is required, we will arrange a courier to be delivered asap.

Upon the completion of the mock up, mock up fee is required if there is any need to change the artwork used for the mock up production. Kindly provide the pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.

In the event if the delivery dateline is very tight, client can choose to forgo the production of mock up and proceed directly for mass production with the confirmation of the visual.

*Mass production guidelines

Upon confirmation of mock up, we will proceed on with the production of mass production.

At this stage, please take note that we would not be able to make any changes pertaining to the artwork as well as the other specifications of the item.

The production time required for per product varies. The mock up time and lead time are usually given together with the quotation provided.

Do note that the mock up time is not to be included into the lead time.

For cases when delivery dateline is urgent, we will skip the production of mock up and go straight for mass production. For such cases, client would have to be certain that there will not have any changes upon confirmation of the production. Photos of the first batch produced will be sent to client for view if there is enough time for it.

* Our quality controller will stay on the real production line to assure the mass production quality. More than that , our inspector will visit factory for all-rounded inspections. we make sure the quality is accordance to the client requirement before delivery.

* If there is a need, they will send the photos of the mass produced goods over and we will send the photos to clients for quality assurance purposes.

* In the event if the goods are found with issues, we will first assess how the situation is, concerning with the quantity of the goods with issues as well as the delivery timeline required to meet the client’s dateline. Based on these two main factors, we will work out with a few solutions for clients to go with.

If there is enough time to work with, the factory will usually do up another batch to replace the ones with issues.  

Deliver to most areas in SG is free of charge. Extra charge applies if delivery to remote area in SG and outside SG:

**Delivery takes 1-5 working days under normal conditions.

•Pricing Information
1. Production cost is changing from time to time so that pricing information is for reference only. Final confirmed price is given only on quotations.
2. Apart from the product unit price, customers may need to pay for the other charges. All charges will be listed on the quotations.
3. If product sample is needed, depends on the products, sample charge may be needed.
4. If production sample is needed, customer must tell us before placing order. Depends on the products, sample charge and extra time needed may be different.
•Payment Terms
1. All prices are listed in HK dollars; customers may also settle payments by CNY, US dollars or Euro. Customers should tell us when asking for quotation.
2. f formal tax invoice is needed for China customers, we must be told before the order is placed.
3. Apart from the exemptions from the above, 50% down payment is needed when placing order. The balance should be settled before goods are delivered. Invoice amount less than HK$3000 should pay in full when placing order.
4. Date of payment receive is calculated based on the date we receive cash credit.
•Credit Card
Customers may pay using Master or VISA cards, Extra 4% of the total amount paid is needed as service fee, please notice us before confirming the order.
To support the green procurement regulations and improve corporate efficiency, we encourage the use of e-Cheque and e-copy to replace any paper documents.
